The present invention relates to a power generation apparatus using wind power and water power, which is installed in a valley or the like and uses wind power and water power together, thereby enhancing power generation efficiency and increasing a power generation operation rate. That is, the present invention provides a power generation apparatus using wind power and water power, the power generation apparatus comprising combined power generators each of which is provided with: a water power generator in which a first rotor provided with a plurality of first blades is installed on a power generation shaft transversely installed on the upper side of a water path so as to have rotational force through water power; and wind power generators arranged on the opposite sides of the water power generator, each having a second rotor provided with a plurality of second blades and coaxially installed on the power generation shaft so as to have rotational force through wind power, wherein the plurality of combined power generators are arranged at regular intervals at positions upwardly inclined from the front side to the rear side, the water path of the water power generator is provided in a stepped form such that the first rotors are respectively installed on the upper side of the bottom of the water path, the pressure of water is transmitted to the first blades which are adjacent to the step-shaped wall surfaces and bottom surface of the water path and positioned at the inner and lower sides of each of the first rotors, thereby generating rotational force, and wind pressure is transmitted to the first blades positioned on the upper outer sides of the first rotors, thereby generating rotational force. By this configuration, power generation using wind and water power in parallel is realized.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de production d'énergie utilisant l'énergie éolienne et l'énergie hydraulique, qui est installé dans un creux ou similaire et utilise l'énergie éolienne et l'énergie hydraulique ensemble, ce qui permet d'améliorer ainsi le rendement de production d'énergie et d'augmenter un taux d'opération de production d'énergie. La présente invention concerne un appareil de production d'énergie utilisant l'énergie éolienne et l'énergie hydraulique. L'appareil de production d'énergie comprend des générateurs d'énergie combinés dont chacun est pourvu: d'un générateur d'énergie hydraulique dans lequel un premier rotor pourvu d'une pluralité de premières pales est installé sur un arbre de production d'énergie installé transversalement sur le côté supérieur d'un trajet d'eau de manière à avoir une force de rotation par l'intermédiaire de l'énergie hydraulique; et des générateurs d'énergie éoliennes disposés sur les côtés opposés du générateur d'énergie hydraulique et dont chacun comporte un second rotor pourvu d'une pluralité de secondes pales et installé de manière coaxiale sur l'arbre de production d'énergie de façon à avoir une force de rotation par l'intermédiaire de l'énergie éolienne. La pluralité de générateurs d'énergie combinés sont agencés à des intervalles réguliers à des positions inclinées vers le haut depuis le côté avant vers le côté arrière, le trajet d'eau du générateur d'énergie hydraulique est disposé sous une forme étagée de telle sorte que les premiers rotors soient respectivement installés sur le côté supérieur du fond du trajet d'eau, la pression d'eau est transmise aux premières pales qui sont adjacentes aux surfaces de paroi en forme d'escalier et à la surface inférieure du trajet d'eau et positionnées au niveau des côtés interne et inférieur de chacun des premiers rotors, ce qui permet de générer ainsi une force de rotation, et la pression du vent est transmise aux premières pales positionnées sur les côtés extérieurs supérieurs des premiers rotors, ce qui permet de générer ainsi une force de rotation. Grâce à cette configuration, la production d'énergie en parallèle à l'aide de l'énergie éolienne et hydraulique est réalisée

본 발명은 계곡 등에 설치하여 풍력과 수력을 함께 이용함으로써 발전효율을 향상시키고 발전 가동율을 높일 수 있도록 개선된 풍력과 수력을 이용한 발전장치에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 복수개의 제1블레이드가 구비된 제1회전자가 수로의 상측에 횡설되는 발전축에 설치되어 수력에 의해 회전력을 갖도록 한 수력발전부와; 상기 수력발전부의 양측에 각각 배치되고 복수개의 제2블레이드가 구비된 제2회전자가 상기 발전축에 동일 축선상으로 설치되어 풍력에 의해 회전력을 갖도록 한 풍력발전부;가 구비되어 있는 복합 발전장치를 포함하며, 상기 복합 발전장치는 전방에서 후방으로 상향 경사진 위치에 복수개가 일정 간격으로 배치되고, 상기 수력발전부의 수로는 계단형으로 구비되어 수로의 바닥면 상측에 제1회전자가 각각 설치되며, 상기 수로의 계단형 벽면 및 바닥면과 인접하고 제1회전자의 내측부 및 하측부에 위치하게 되는 제1블레이드에 물의 수압이 전달되어 회전력을 발생시키고, 제1회전자의 상부 외측에 위치하게 되는 제1블레이드에 풍압이 전달되어 회전력을 발생시키는 구성으로 풍,수력 병행발전이 되는 풍력과 수력을 이용한 발전장치를 특징으로 한다.
