Provided is an insulation structure of a piston for an engine according to one aspect of the present invention. The insulation structure comprises: an aluminum piston for an engine; a porous anodizing layer formed on the surface of at least a portion of the piston; and an insulation layer formed on top of the anodizing layer and including an inorganic binder and an insulation material of a particle shape having one or more hollows formed therein.

Un aspect de la présente invention concerne une structure d'isolation d'un piston pour un moteur. La structure d'isolation comprend : un piston en aluminium pour un moteur ; une couche d'anodisation poreuse formée sur la surface d'au moins une partie du piston ; et une couche d'isolation formée au-dessus de la couche d'anodisation et comprenant un liant inorganique et un matériau d'isolation ayant une forme de particule ayant un ou plusieurs creux formés à l'intérieur de celui-ci.
