[Problem] To perform charging or trading by freely matching a supplier and a consumer while suitably evaluating the value of power. [Solution] According to the present invention, a user system 4 is provided with a smart meter 41 which measures a power amount that each user generates or consumes in each power usage period, and generates result data. A relay server 2 is provided with: a token issuing unit 24a which issues a power transaction token including a power usage period, a power amount, and a compensation amount; a token cancellation unit 24b which cancels the power transaction token; and a guarantee system cooperation unit 25b which cooperates with a guarantee system 6 that stores data pertaining to the issuance and cancellation of the power transaction token, wherein the guarantee system 6 is provided with a plurality of nodes 90a–90f for storing at least a portion of data generated by the user system and the relay server 2, aggregates and makes the stored data into blocks at a prescribed timing, forms a blockchain by using the blocks, and shares the blockchain in a plurality of nodes to store as a distribution ledger.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de réaliser une facturation ou une négociation par mise en correspondance de manière libre d'un fournisseur et d'un consommateur tout en évaluant de manière appropriée la valeur de puissance. Selon la solution de la présente invention, un système d'utilisateur (4) est pourvu d'un compteur intelligent (41) qui mesure une quantité de puissance que chaque utilisateur génère ou consomme dans chaque période d'utilisation de puissance, et génère des données de résultat. Un serveur relais (2) comprend : une unité d'émission de jeton (24a) qui émet un jeton de transaction de puissance comprenant une période d'utilisation de puissance, une quantité de puissance et une quantité de compensation ; une unité d'annulation de jeton (24b) qui annule le jeton de transaction de puissance ; et une unité de coopération de système de garantie (25b) qui coopère avec un système de garantie (6) qui mémorise des données concernant l'émission et l'annulation du jeton de transaction de puissance, le système de garantie (6) étant pourvu d'une pluralité de nœuds (90a – 90f) pour mémoriser au moins une partie de données générées par le système utilisateur et le serveur relais (2) ; le système de garantie agrège et regroupe les données mémorisées sous forme de blocs à une synchronisation prescrite, forme une chaîne de blocs en utilisant les blocs, et partage la chaîne de blocs dans une pluralité de nœuds pour les mémoriser en tant que registre de distribution.
