L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'un composé organique, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que : un appareil F de traitement de fluide utilisé dans le procédé de production est équipé d'une unité de traitement amont qui traite un fluide à traiter entre au moins deux surfaces de traitement 1 et 2 qui tournent de manière relative, et une unité de traitement en aval disposée en aval de l'unité de traitement en amont, l'unité de traitement en aval étant pourvue d'une pluralité de joints à labyrinthe qui fonctionnent pour retenir et agiter le fluide à traiter qui a été traité par l'unité de traitement en amont ; du fait que le fluide à traiter, contenant au moins un type de composé organique, qui est passé à travers l'unité de traitement en amont, le fluide à traiter est soumis à un traitement en amont ; du fait que le fluide à traiter qui a été soumis à un traitement en amont qui est passé à travers l'unité de traitement en aval, le fluide à traiter qui a été soumis à un traitement en amont est soumis à un traitement en aval ; et le traitement en amont et le traitement en aval sont effectués de manière continue.
