In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a mutated tRNA in which the first position of the anti-codon has been changed into lysidine or agmatidine and a translation system containing the mutated tRNA. In a specific embodiment, the present disclosure provides a mutated tRNA which is capable of selectively translating codon NNA. In another embodiment, the present disclosure provides a translation system which is capable of translating two or three kinds of amino acids from one codon box. In still another embodiment, the present disclosure provides a novel synthesis method for lysidine diphosphate, agmatidine diphosphate and derivatives thereof.

Dans certains modes de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un ARNt muté dont la première position de l'anti-codon a été modifiée en lysidine ou agmatidine et un système de traduction contenant l'ARNt muté. Dans un mode de réalisation spécifique, la présente invention concerne un ARNt muté qui est capable de traduire de manière sélective le NNA de codon. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un système de traduction qui est capable de traduire deux ou trois types d'acides aminés d'une boîte à codon. Dans un autre mode de réalisation supplémentaire, la présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de synthèse pour la lysidine diphosphate, l'agmatidine diphosphate et des dérivés associés.

いくつかの態様において、本開示は、アンチコドンの1文字目がライシジンまたはアグマチジンに置換された変異tRNA、および当該変異tRNAを含む翻訳系に関する。特定の態様において、本開示は、NNAのコドンを選択的に翻訳することが可能な変異tRNAを提供する。別の態様において、本開示は、一つのコドンボックスから2種類または3種類のアミノ酸を翻訳することが可能な翻訳系を提供する。別の態様において、本開示は、ライシジン二リン酸、アグマチジン二リン酸およびこれらの誘導体の新規な合成方法を提供する。
