A resin composition which contains: a resin (2) which has a (meth)acrylic acid ester unit (M) that is obtained by a ring structure formation reaction of a resin (1) that has a methacrylic acid ester unit and a triad syndiotacticity (rr) of 56% or more, and 2-20% by mass of at least one unit (R) that has a ring structure in the main chain, said at least one unit (R) being selected from the group consisting of a lactone ring unit, a glutaric acid anhydride unit and an N-substituted or unsubstituted glutarimide unit; and an elastomer (3). With respect to this resin composition, the mass ratio of the resin (2) to the elastomer (3) is from 60/40 to 99/1.

L'invention concerne une composition de résine qui est obtenue par réaction de formation de structure cyclique d'une résine (1) possédant une unité d'ester d'acide méthacrylique et présentant une triade syndiotactique (rr) supérieure ou égale à 56%, qui contient une résine (2) possédant une unité d'ester d'acide acrylique (M) et 2 à 20% en masse d'au moins une unité (R) possédant sur sa chaîne principale une structure cyclique choisie dans un groupe constitué d'une unité de cycle lactone, d'une unité d'acide glutarique anhydre et d'une unité de glutarimide N-substitué ou non substitué, et un élastomère (3), et qui présente un rapport massique résine (2) / élastomère (3) compris entre 60/40 et 99/1.
