This polyolefin microporous membrane has a layered structure comprising a first layer configured from polypropylene resin, a second layer that is configured from polyethylene resin and is layered on the first layer, and a third layer that is configured from polypropylene resin and is layered on the second layer, the thickness of the first layer and the thickness of the third layer each being less than the thickness of the second layer, and the layered structure having a thickness of 16 μm or less, a porosity of 40-70%, and a surface aperture ratio of 10-30%.

L'invention concerne une membrane micro-poreuse en polyoléfine qui présente une structure stratifiée comportant une première couche fabriquée à partir de résine de polypropylène, une deuxième couche qui est fabriquée à partir de résine de polyéthylène et qui est stratifiée sur la première couche, et une troisième couche qui est fabriquée à partir de résine de polypropylène et qui est stratifiée sur la deuxième couche, l'épaisseur de la première couche et l'épaisseur de la troisième couche étant chacune inférieure à l'épaisseur de la deuxième couche, et la structure stratifiée présentant une épaisseur inférieure ou égale à 16 µm, une porosité de 40 à 70 % et un rapport d'ouverture de surface de 10 à 30 %.

このポリオレフィン微多孔膜では、ポリプロピレン樹脂で構成された第1層と、前記第1層の上に層設され、ポリエチレン樹脂で構成された第2層と、前記第2層の上に更に層設され、ポリプロピレン樹脂で構成された第3層とからなる積層構造を有し、前記第1層の厚さと前記第3層の厚さが、それぞれ前記第2層の厚さよりも薄く、前記積層構造は、厚さが16μm以下、空孔率が40~70%、表面開孔率が10~30%である。
