This polyvinyl alcohol film contains a polyvinyl alcohol (A), an anionic surfactant (B) having 9-30 carbon atoms, and an electrolyte (C) having 0-8 carbon atoms, and is characterized in that the contained amount of the anionic surfactant (B) is 0.04-0.40 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyvinyl alcohol (A), and the contained amount of the electrolyte (C) is 0.04-0.40 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of polyvinyl alcohol (A). As a result, provided are: a PVA film having less optical defects and activating agent aggregations, a low haze value, and good release properties, and having excellent polarization performance when processed into a polarization film; and a method for producing a polarization film using the PVA film.

L'invention concerne un film d'alcool polyvinylique contenant un alcool polyvinylique (A), un tensioactif anionique (B) ayant 9 à 30 atomes de carbone, et un électrolyte (C) ayant de 0 à 8 atomes de carbone, et est caractérisé en ce que la quantité contenue du tensioactif anionique (B) est de 0,04 à 0,40 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse d'alcool polyvinylique (A), et la quantité contenue de l'électrolyte (C) est de 0,04 à 0,40 parties en masse par rapport à 100 parties en masse d'alcool polyvinylique (A). En conséquence, l'invention concerne : un film de PVA ayant moins de défauts optiques et d'agrégations d'agent d'activation, une faible valeur de trouble et de bonnes propriétés de libération, et ayant une excellente performance de polarisation lorsqu'il est transformé en un film de polarisation ; et un procédé de production d'un film de polarisation à l'aide du film de PVA.

ポリビニルアルコール(A)、炭素数9~30のアニオン系界面活性剤(B)及び炭素数0~8の電解質(C)を含有するポリビニルアルコールフィルムであって、アニオン系界面活性剤(B)の含有量が、ポリビニルアルコール(A)100質量部に対して0.04~0.40質量部であり、電解質(C)の含有量が、ポリビニルアルコール(A)100質量部に対して0.04~0.40質量部であることを特徴とする。これにより、光学欠陥及び活性剤凝集物数が少なく、ヘイズの値が低く、剥離性が良好であり、偏光フィルムに加工した際の偏光性能に優れたPVAフィルム、及びそれを用いた偏光フィルムの製造方法が提供される。
