Abstract

[Problem] To provide a resin composition that combines heat resistant properties and melt molding processing properties not inferior to liquid crystal polyester resins, as well as having a low dielectric loss tangent and a low dielectric constant. [Solution] A resin composition according to the present invention is characterized by: containing a liquid crystal polyester resin (A) and a fluorine resin (B), the liquid crystal polyester resin (A) containing a constituent unit (I) derived from a hydroxycarboxylic acid, a constituent unit (II) derived from a diol compound, and a constituent unit (III) derived from a dicarboxylic acid; the dielectric loss tangent being at most 0.80×10-3 and the dielectric constant being at most 3.50 as measured by SPDR at a measurement frequency of 10GHz.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une composition de résine qui combine des propriétés de résistance à la chaleur et des propriétés de traitement de moulage à l'état fondu non inférieures à des résines de polyester à cristaux liquides, ainsi qu'une faible tangente de perte diélectrique et une faible constante diélectrique. La solution apportée est une composition de résine selon la présente invention qui est caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient une résine de polyester à cristaux liquides (A) et une résine fluorée (B), la résine de polyester à cristaux liquides (A) contenant une unité constitutive (I) dérivée d'un acide hydroxycarboxylique, une unité constitutive (II) dérivée d'un composé diol, et une unité constitutive (III) dérivée d'un acide dicarboxylique; la tangente de perte diélectrique maximale étant de 0,80×10-3 et la constante diélectrique maximale étant de 3,50 telle que mesurée par SPDR à une fréquence de mesure de 10 GHz.

[課題]液晶ポリエステル樹脂と比べて遜色ない溶融成形加工性と耐熱性を兼ね備えたうえで、低誘電正接および低誘電率を有する樹脂組成物の提供。 [解決手段]本発明による樹脂組成物は、ヒドロキシカルボン酸に由来する構成単位(I)、ジオール化合物に由来する構成単位(II)、およびジカルボン酸に由来する構成単位(III)を含む液晶ポリエステル樹脂(A)と、フッ素樹脂(B)とを含んでなり、測定周波数10GHzにおけるSPDR法で測定した誘電正接が、0.80×10-3以下であり、かつ比誘電率が3.50以下であることを特徴とする。
