The resin composition does not substantially include an organic solvent and contains a specific amount of sulfur (S) and phosphorus (P).

La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'une nouvelle composition de résine qui a un faible impact sur l'environnement et une excellente aptitude à disperser des particules fines de polymère. L'invention concerne une composition de résine qui contient des quantités spécifiques d'eau, de particules fines de polymère (A) qui ont une structure spécifique et une résine thermodurcissable (B) qui a une structure spécifique. La composition de résine ne contient sensiblement pas de solvant organique et contient une quantité spécifique de soufre (S) et de phosphore (P).
