The purpose of the present invention is to provide a diverting agent which is not completely dissolved for a certain period of time (about 5 minutes to 3 hours) and in which particles have high cohesiveness. The present invention relates to a diverting agent including a polyvinyl alcohol resin having a saponification degree of 65-95 mol%.

L'invention a pour objet de fournir un agent de déviation qui est doté de propriétés agglomérantes élevées des particules entre elles, sans dissolution complète à une durée constante (durée comprise entre cinq minutes et trois heures). Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un agent de déviation qui comprend une résine à base d'alcool polyvinylique d'un degré de saponification compris entre 65 et 95% en moles.
