Provided are an electrical displacement material with reduced driving voltage, and technology for applying same. An optical element is developed by placing, between a first electrode and a second electrode, an electrical displacement material obtained by adding an ionic liquid having a negative ion transport number of at least 0.4 at 25 °C, or an ionic surfactant having a negative ion transport number of at least 0.2 at 25 °C, to a gel-like high molecular material. In such optical element, the level of applied voltage that deforms the electrical displacement material is reduced, and with the reduced voltage being applied, an optical scatter body is formed on the surface of the first electrode or the second electrode.

L'invention concerne un matériau de déplacement électrique à tension d'attaque réduite, et une technologie pour son application. Un élément optique est développé par le placement, entre une première électrode et une seconde électrode, d'un matériau de déplacement électrique obtenu par l'ajout d'un liquide ionique ayant un nombre de transport d'ions négatifs d'au moins 0,4 à 25 °C ou d'un tensioactif ionique ayant un nombre de transport d'ions négatifs d'au moins 0,2 à 25 °C, à un matériau de poids moléculaire élevé de type gel. Dans un tel élément optique, le niveau de tension appliquée qui déforme le matériau de déplacement électrique est réduit, et avec la tension réduite appliquée, un corps de diffusion optique est formé sur la surface de la première électrode ou de la seconde électrode.

駆動電圧が低減された電気変位材料と、その応用技術を提供する。ゲル状の高分子材料に、25℃での負イオンの輸率が0.4以上であるイオン液体、または25℃での負イオンの輸率が0.2以上のイオン性界面活性剤が添加された電気変位材料を、第1の電極と第2の電極の間に配置して光学素子を作製する。この光学素子では、電気変位材料を変形させる印加電圧のレベルが低減され、低減された電圧の印加によって、第1の電極または前記第2の電極の表面に光散乱体が形成される。
