This manufacturing method for a resin molded body includes: a step in which an intermediate molded body made of a resin composition is prepared, the intermediate molded body having a rough surface with a maximum peak height (Rp) of 10-5000 µm measured according to JIS B 0601 or a maximum valley depth (Rv) of 10-5000 µm measured according to JIS B 0601; and a step in which a thin film-like molded body is fused to the rough surface of the intermediate molded body by irradiation with a laser, the thin film-like molded body being made of a resin composition containing reinforcing fibers arranged in one direction.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un corps moulé en résine comprenant : une étape au cours de laquelle est préparé un corps moulé intermédiaire constitué d'une composition de résine, le corps moulé intermédiaire comportant une surface rugueuse présentant une hauteur de pic maximale (Rp) comprise entre 10 et 5 000 µm, comme mesuré conformément à la norme JIS B 0601, ou une profondeur de creux maximale (Rv) comprise entre 10 et 5 000 µm, comme mesuré conformément à la norme JIS B 0601 ; et une étape au cours de laquelle un corps moulé en forme de film mince est fixé par fusion sur la surface rugueuse du corps moulé intermédiaire par exposition à un laser, le corps moulé en forme de film mince étant constitué d'une composition de résine contenant des fibres de renfort disposées dans une direction.

JIS B0601に準じて測定される最大山高さ(Rp)が10μm以上5000μmであるか、またはJISB 0601に準じて測定される最大山深さ(Rv)が10μm以上5000μmである粗表面を有する、樹脂組成物の中間成形体を用意する工程と、前記中間成形体の前記粗表面に、一方向に配列された強化繊維を含む樹脂組成物の薄膜状成形体をレーザーによる照射で融着させる工程と、を有する樹脂成形体の製造方法。
