Provided is a vapor deposition material in which boiling during vapor deposition is suppressed. A vapor deposition material according to the present invention contains an oxide containing: silicon; aluminum; and at least one element I selected from the group consisting of alkali metal elements and alkaline earth metal elements. The ratio of the molar concentration of aluminum to the molar concentration of silicon is 0.006-0.71.

L'invention concerne un matériau de dépôt en phase vapeur dans lequel l'ébullition pendant le dépôt en phase vapeur est supprimée. Un matériau de dépôt en phase vapeur selon la présente invention contient un oxyde contenant : du silicium ; de l'aluminium ; et au moins un élément I choisi dans le groupe constitué par des éléments de métal alcalin et des éléments de métal alcalino-terreux. Le rapport de la concentration molaire d'aluminium à la concentration molaire de silicium est de 0,006 à 0,71.
