The present invention relates to an alkali metal salt manufacturing method that is characterized by including: a pretreatment step in which a refining-inhibiting substance is removed from an aqueous solution of an alkali metal salt, using a separation membrane that has a glucose removal rate and an isopropyl alcohol removal rate simultaneously satisfying expressions (1) and (2) below when a 1000ppm aqueous solution of glucose with a temperature of 25°C and a pH of 6.5 and a 1000ppm aqueous solution of isopropyl alcohol with a temperature of 25°C and a pH of 6.5 have respectively been made to pass therethrough using an operating pressure of 0.75MPa; and a recovery step in which the alkali metal salt is recovered from the aqueous solution of the alkali metal salt after the pretreatment step. (1): 90% > glucose removal rate ≥ 50%. (2): glucose removal rate - isopropyl alcohol removal rate ≥ 50%.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de sel de métal alcalin qui est caractéristique en ce qu'il inclut : une étape de prétraitement au cours de laquelle un inhibiteur de purification est retiré d'une solution aqueuse de sel de métal alcalin au moyen d'une membrane de séparation qui est telle que, sous une pression de fonctionnement de 0,75MPa, le taux de retrait de glucose lorsque il y a perméation de 1000ppm d'une solution aqueuse de glucose à 25°C et de pH 6,5, et le taux de retrait d'alcool isopropylique lorsque il y a perméation de 1000ppm d'une solution aqueuse d'alcool isopropylique à 25°C et de pH 6,5, satisfont simultanément les formules (1) et (2); et une étape de récupération au cours de laquelle un sel de métal alcalin est récupéré à partir de la solution aqueuse de sel de métal alcalin après ladite étape de prétraitement. 90%> taux de retrait de glucose ≧50%・・・(1) taux de retrait de glucose - taux de retrait d'alcool isopropylique ≧50%・・・(2)
