Abstract
(EN)
This ultrasound device comprises: a support substrate; an ultrasound element; an attenuating material; and one or more electronic elements. The support substrate has a first surface, and a second surface on the reverse side of the first surface. The ultrasound element is positioned on the first surface. The attenuating material is affixed to the second surface, and has an attenuation constant which is greater than that of the support substrate. The electronic element is positioned on the attenuating material.

L'invention concerne un dispositif à ultrasons qui comprend : un substrat de support ; un élément ultrasonore ; un matériau d'atténuation ; et un ou plusieurs éléments électroniques. Le substrat de support a une première surface, et une seconde surface sur le côté inverse de la première surface. L'élément ultrasonore est positionné sur la première surface. Le matériau d'atténuation est fixé à la seconde surface, et a une constante d'atténuation qui est supérieure à celle du substrat de support. L'élément électronique est positionné sur le matériau d'atténuation.
