A terminal module 68 according to the disclosures in the present specification comprises: a shielded electrical wire 11 having at least one coated electrical wire 12, a conductive shield 15 that covers the outer periphery of the coated electrical wire 12, and a sheath 16 that covers the outer periphery of the shield 15; an inner conductor 20 that is connected to the coated electrical wire 12; a terminal accommodation member 30 that is made of resin and accommodates the inner conductor 20; a first outer conductor 51 that is made of metal and has a cylindrical section 52 that accommodates the terminal accommodation member 30; and a second outer conductor 60 that is made of metal and has a cover section 61 that covers the rear end of the cylindrical section 52 of the first outer conductor 51. Therein, the rear end of the first outer conductor 51 is provided with a constricted section 56, and the terminal accommodation member 30 has a recessed section 34 that prevents interference with the constricted section 56 during the process for accommodating the terminal accommodation member 30 in the cylindrical section 52.
