The present invention relates to: a composition for producing an N-vinyl carboxylic acid amide, the composition comprising component (A) which is an N-(1-alkoxy ethyl)carboxylic acid amide and component (B) which is an N-(1-alkoxy ethyl)carboxylic acid amide and a carboxylic acid amide other than an N-vinyl carboxylic acid amide; and a method for producing an N-vinyl carboxylic acid amide, the method being characterized by pyrolyzing or catalytically cracking said composition for producing an N-vinyl carboxylic acid amide. This composition satisfies the following conditions (1)-(4) in which: (1) the melting point of the composition is 0-30 ˚C; (2) the content of water in the total amount of the composition is 0-1.00 mass%; (3) the content ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) is 4.0-20.0 as a molar ratio; and (4) an aqueous solution containing 5 mass% of the composition has a pH of 4.0-8.0.

La présente invention concerne : une composition pour la production d'un amide d'acide carboxylique N-vinylique, la composition comprenant le composant (A) qui est un amide d'acide N-(1-alcoxy éthyl)carboxylique et le composant (B) qui est un N-(1-alcoxy éthyle)carboxylique et un amide d'acide carboxylique autre qu'un amide d'acide carboxylique N-vinylique ; et un procédé de production d'un amide d'acide carboxylique N-vinylique, le procédé étant caractérisé par la pyrolyse ou le craquage catalytique de ladite composition pour la production d'un amide d'acide carboxylique N-vinylique. Cette composition satisfait les conditions suivantes (1) à (4) selon lesquelles : (1) le point de fusion de la composition est de 0 à 30 °C ; (2) la teneur en eau dans la quantité totale de la composition est de 0 à 1,00 % en masse ; (3) le rapport de teneur du composant (A) au composant (B) est de 4,0 à 20,0 en tant que rapport molaire ; et (4) une solution aqueuse contenant 5 % en masse de la composition a un pH de 4,0 à 8,0.
