Provided are a molded body and a method for manufacturing a molded body, the molded body comprising: reinforced fibers having a weight average fiber length of 1 mm or more and 100 mm or less; and a thermoplastic resin, wherein the molded body is provided with a first main shape surface part, a second main shape surface part connected to the first main shape surface part in a crossing state, and a connection surface part connected to both the first main shape surface part and the second main shape surface part, the connection surface part protrudes from the first main shape surface part and the second main shape surface part on a valley side formed by the first main shape surface part and the second main shape surface part, and reinforced fibers are continuously dispersed in an in-plane direction at a boundary region between the first main shape surface part and the connection surface part and a boundary region between the second main shape surface part and the connection surface part.

L'invention concerne un corps moulé et un procédé de fabrication associé, le corps moulé comprenant : des fibres renforcées présentant une longueur de fibre moyenne en poids de 1 mm ou supérieure et de 100 mm ou inférieure ; et une résine thermoplastique, le corps moulé comprenant une première partie de surface de forme principale, une deuxième partie de surface de forme principale reliée à la première partie de surface de forme principale dans un état de croisement, et une partie de surface de raccord reliée à la fois à la première partie et à la deuxième partie de surface de forme principale, la partie de surface de raccord faisant saillie de la première et de la deuxième partie de surface de forme principale sur un côté creux formé par la première partie et la deuxième partie de surface de forme principale, et des fibres renforcées étant dispersées en continu dans une direction dans le plan au niveau d'une zone limite entre la première partie de surface de forme principale et la partie de surface de raccord, et d'une zone limite entre la deuxième partie de surface de forme principale et la partie de surface de raccord.
