When a request for the maintenance of a vehicle (1) is received from a user, a second delivery unit (31) delivers, to a service provider terminal (6b), second key information (Dk2) that is separate from first key information (Dk1) delivered to a user terminal (6a). The service provider is able to drive the vehicle (1) using the service provider terminal (6b) to which the second key information (Dk2) has been delivered. The service provider drives the vehicle (1) and brings the vehicle (1) to a garage (26), and then executes a maintenance operation. After maintenance is completed, the service provider drives the vehicle (1) and returns the vehicle (1) to the former parking position.

Selon la présente invention, lorsqu'une demande d'entretien d'un véhicule (1) est reçue d'un utilisateur, une seconde unité de distribution (31) envoie, à un terminal de fournisseur de services (6b), des secondes informations de clé (Dk2) qui sont distinctes de premières informations de clé (Dk1) envoyées à un terminal utilisateur (6a). Le fournisseur de services est apte à conduire le véhicule (1) à l'aide du terminal de fournisseur de services (6b) auquel les secondes informations de clé (Dk2) ont été envoyées. Le fournisseur de services pilote le véhicule (1) et amène le véhicule (1) jusqu'à un garage (26), puis exécute une opération d'entretien. Lorsque l'opération d'entretien est terminée, le fournisseur de services pilote le véhicule (1) et renvoie le véhicule (1) à la première position de stationnement.

第二配信部(31)は、ユーザから車両(1)のメンテナンス依頼を受けた場合、ユーザ端末(6a)に配信した第一鍵情報(Dk1)とは別の第二鍵情報(Dk2)を、役務提供者端末(6b)に配信する。役務提供者は、第二鍵情報(Dk2)が配信された自身の役務提供者端末(6b)を用いて、車両(1)を運転することができる。役務提供者は、車両(1)を運転して整備場(26)まで運び、メンテナンス作業を実施する。役務提供者は、メンテナンス完了後、車両(1)を運転して元の駐車位置に戻す。
