A combustion type heater (3) generates heat using flames. The combustion type heater (3) is disposed adjacent to a refrigerant circuit (20) in which a combustible refrigerant is sealed. The combustion type heater (3) comprises a combustion part (53), and a porous body (60). Flames are produced in the combustion part (53). The porous body (60) covers the combustion part (53) or the periphery of the combustion part (53). The porous body (60) covers: a combustion space into which flows the combustible refrigerant that has leaked from the refrigerant circuit (20); and/or at least a part of a member in contact with the combustible refrigerant that has leaked from the refrigerant circuit (20). A plurality of pores (65) are formed in the porous body (60). The diameter d1 of the pores (65) is no more than the quenching diameter d of the combustible refrigerant.

L'invention concerne un appareil de chauffage (3) du type à combustion, permettant de produire de la chaleur à l'aide de flammes. L'appareil de chauffage (3) du type à combustion est disposé adjacent à un circuit (20) de fluide frigorigène dans lequel un fluide frigorigène combustible est isolé. L'appareil de chauffage (3) du type à combustion comprend une partie de combustion (53), et un corps poreux (60). Des flammes sont produites dans la partie de combustion (53). Le corps poreux (60) recouvre la partie de combustion (53) ou la périphérie de la partie de combustion (53). Plusieurs pores (65) sont formés dans le corps poreux (60). Le diamètre d1 des pores (65) est inférieur ou égal au diamètre d'extinction d du fluide frigorigène combustible.
