Abstract

Provided is a resin composition with which a resin mucus is not stuck on a die in the manufacturing process using extrusion. The present invention is achieved by finding that a resin composition, in which a resin mucus is not produced, can be obtained by adding a specific acrylic resin to a resin composition containing a styrene-based resin and a polyester-based resin. That is, the present invention provides a resin composition characterized by containing 0.1-2 parts by mass of (C) a polyester-based resin with respect to the total 100 parts by mass of (A) a styrene-based resin and (B) a polyester-based resin.

L'invention fournit une composition de résine qui ne présente pas d'adhérence de gomme sur une filière lors d'un processus de fabrication par extrusion. Selon l'invention, une résine acrylique spécifique est mélangée à une composition de résine contenant une résine à base de styrène et une résine à base de polyester, et une composition de résine ne présentant pas d'adhérence de gomme est ainsi obtenue. La composition de résine de l'invention est caractéristique en ce qu'elle comprend 0,1 partie en masse ou plus à 2 parties en masse ou moins de (C) la résine à base de polyester pour 100 parties en masse au total de (A) la résine à base de styrène et (B) la résine à base de polyester.

押出製造過程においてダイスにメヤニが付着しない樹脂組成物を提供する。 スチレン系樹脂とポリエステル系樹脂を含む樹脂組成物に特定のアクリル系樹脂を配合することにより、メヤニの発生しない樹脂組成物が得られることを見出し、本発明に到達した。すなわち本発明は、(A)スチレン系樹脂と(B)ポリエステル系樹脂の合計100質量部に対し、(C)ポリエステル系樹脂を0.1質量部以上2質量部以下含有することを特徴とする樹脂組成物である。
