[Abstract] [Problem] The objective of the present invention is to provide a release agent composition that can be produced inexpensively and that comprises little fluorine-containing silicone, but despite comprising little fluorine-containing silicone has an extremely low release force with respect to a silicone adhesive and excellent post-release residual adhesive force, and to provide a release sheet and a release film having a cured product of the composition. [Solution] The silicone release agent composition contains components (A), (B), (C), and (D) but does not contain component (E). (A) 50 to 99.9 parts by mass of a linear or branched organopolysiloxane represented by general formula (1), having within one molecule no fluorine-containing organic group but at least two alkenyl group-containing organic groups and at least one aryl group-containing organic group, wherein, with respect to the total number of groups binding to a silicon atom, the proportion of the total number of the alkenyl group-containing organic groups is 0.005 to 5%, and the proportion of the total number of the aryl group-containing organic groups is 0.1% to 40%. (In the formula each R1 symbol independently represents a hydroxyl group, or a substituted or a non-substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbons; however, at least two of the R1 symbols represent alkenyl group-containing organic groups having 2 to 10 carbons, and at least one of the R1 symbols represents an aryl group-containing organic group having 6 to 10 carbons; and a represents an integer of 2 or greater, b represents an integer of 1 or greater, c represents an integer of 0 or greater, and d represents an integer of 0 or greater, satisfying the relationship 100 ≤ a+b+c+d ≤ 20,000). (B) 50 to 0.1 parts by mass of a linear or branched organopolysiloxane having within one molecule at least one alkenyl group-containing organic group and at least one fluorine-containing organic group, wherein the proportion of the total number of the fluorine-containing organic groups, with respect to the total number of the groups binding to a silicon atom, is 3% to 50% (however, the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by mass). (C) An organohydrodiene polysiloxane having within one molecule three or more hydrogen atoms binding to a silicon atom, and having no fluorine-containing organic group in an amount such that the ratio of the number of SiH groups in component (C) with respect to the total number of alkenyl groups in component (A) and component (B) is 0.5 to 15. (D) A catalytic amount of a platinum group metal-based catalyst. (E) An organohydrodiene polysiloxane having within one molecule, one or more hydrogen atoms binding to a silicon atom and having a fluorine-containing organic group.
