According to the present invention, an NC machine tool is used which has: a first rotary cutting tool 14 that is inserted into a large end hole 23 formed in a large end section 22 of a connecting rod 20 and rotationally cuts the inner side surface of the large end section 22; a second rotary cutting tool 15 which is inserted into a small end hole 25 formed in a small end section 24 of the connecting rod 20 and rotationally cuts the inner side surface of the small end section 24; and a lower saddle 4 that supports the first rotary cutting tool 14; and an upper saddle 5 that supports the second rotary cutting tool, wherein the lower saddle 4 and the upper saddle 5 are vertically operated to make the gap between the first rotary cutting tool 14 and the second rotary cutting tool 15 variable. Thus, final processing is performed on the large end hole 23 and the small end hole 25 of the connecting rod 20.

Le dispositif d'usinage de bielle de l'invention met en œuvre une machine à commande numérique (1) qui possède : un premier outil de coupe rotatif (14) qui est inséré dans un orifice à large extrémité (23) formé dans une partie à large extrémité (22) d'une bielle (20), et qui usine par coupe de manière rotative une face côté interne de la partie à large extrémité (22) ; un second outil de coupe rotatif (15) qui est inséré dans un orifice à petite extrémité (25) formé dans une partie à petite extrémité (24) d'une bielle (20), et qui usine par coupe de manière rotative une face côté interne de la partie à petite extrémité (24) ; un chariot inférieur (4) supportant le premier outil de coupe rotatif (14) ; et un chariot supérieur (5) supportant le second outil de coupe rotatif (15). En outre, ladite machine à commande numérique (1) déplace verticalement le chariot inférieur (4) et le chariot supérieur (5), et modifie librement l'intervalle entre le premier outil de coupe rotatif (14) et le second outil de coupe rotatif (15), et l'orifice à large extrémité (23) et l'orifice à petite extrémité (25) de la bielle (20) sont ainsi soumis à un processus de finition.
