According to the present invention, an NC machine tool 1 is used which has: a first rotary cutting tool 14 that is inserted into a large end hole 23 formed in a large end section 22 of a connecting rod 20 and rotationally cuts the inner side surface of the large end section 22; a second rotary cutting tool 15 which is inserted into a small end hole 25 formed in a small end section 24 of the connecting rod 20 and rotationally cuts the inner side surface of the small end section 24; and a column 3 that integrally moves the first rotary cutting tool 14 and the second rotary cutting tool 15 relative to the connecting rod 20. The first rotary cutting tool 14 passes through the large end hole 23 in a state of being parallel to the large end hole 23, the second rotary cutting tool 15 passes through the small end hole 25 in a state of being inclined relative to the small end hole 25, and final processing is performed on the connecting rod 20 by rotationally cutting the large end hole 23 and the small end hole 25.

Le dispositif d'usinage de bielle de l'invention met en œuvre une machine à commande numérique (1) qui possède : un premier outil de coupe rotatif (14) qui est inséré dans un orifice à large extrémité (23) formé dans une partie à large extrémité (22) d'une bielle (20), et qui usine par coupe de manière rotative une face côté interne de la partie à large extrémité (22) ; et un second outil de coupe rotatif (15) qui est inséré dans un orifice à petite extrémité (25) formé dans une partie à petite extrémité (24) d'une bielle (20), et qui usine par coupe de manière rotative une face côté interne de la partie à petite extrémité (24). Le premier outil de coupe rotatif (14) passe au travers de l'orifice à large extrémité (23) dans un état de parallélisme vis-à-vis de ce dernier. Le second outil de coupe rotatif (15) passe au travers de l'orifice à petite extrémité (25) dans un état d'inclinaison vis-à-vis de ce dernier. L'orifice à large extrémité (23) et l'orifice à petite extrémité (25) sont usinés par coupe de manière rotative, et la bielle (20) est ainsi soumise à un processus de finition.
