Provided are a standby power supply device and method for charging a secondary battery such that load on a secondary battery can be alleviated and battery life prolonged. This standby power supply device comprises one or more secondary batteries and a charging circuit which charges the secondary batteries. The charging circuit comprises: a voltage adjustment unit which controls the charging state of the secondary battery; and a control unit which detects over time the degree of degradation of the secondary battery and controls the voltage adjustment unit. In the charging circuit, the voltage adjustment unit places the secondary battery in a load power supply standby state by charging the secondary battery at a lower charge voltage than the full charge voltage of the secondary batteries and gradually increases the charge voltage of the secondary battery according to the degree of degradation of the secondary battery detected by the control unit.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation électrique en veille et un procédé de charge d'une pile rechargeable, de telle sorte que la charge d'une pile rechargeable peut être réduite et que la durée de vie de la pile peut être prolongée. Ledit dispositif d'alimentation électrique en veille comprend une ou plusieurs piles rechargeables et un circuit de charge qui charge les piles rechargeables. Le circuit de charge comprend : une unité de réglage de tension qui commande l'état de charge de la pile rechargeable ; une unité de commande qui détecte au fil du temps le degré de dégradation de la pile rechargeable et commande l'unité de réglage de tension. Dans le circuit de charge, l'unité de réglage de tension place la pile rechargeable dans un état de veille d'alimentation de charge en chargeant la pile rechargeable à une tension de charge inférieure à la tension de charge complète des piles rechargeables, et augmente progressivement la tension de charge de la pile rechargeable en fonction du degré de dégradation de la pile rechargeable détectée par l'unité de commande.

二次電池にかかる負荷を抑制して電池寿命を長くできる待機用電源装置と二次電池の充電方法を提供する。 待機用電源装置は、一以上の二次電池と、二次電池を充電する充電回路とを備えている。充電回路は、二次電池の充電状態を制御する電圧調整部と、二次電池の劣化度を経時的に検出して電圧調整部を制御する制御部とを備えている。充電回路は、電圧調整部が、二次電池を、二次電池の満充電電圧よりも低い充電電圧で充電して負荷電力供給待機状態とすると共に、制御部が検出する二次電池の劣化度に応じて、二次電池の充電電圧を次第に高くするようにしている。
