This phosphor substrate has at least one light-emitting element mounted on one surface thereof, said phosphor substrate comprising: an insulation substrate; at least one electrode pair that is disposed on one surface of the insulation substrate, and joined to the light-emitting element; and a phosphor layer that is disposed on one surface of the insulation substrate, and includes a phosphor having an emission peak wavelength in the visible light range when excited by light emitted from the light-emitting element.

L'invention concerne un substrat de luminophore qui comporte au moins un élément électroluminescent monté sur une surface de celui-ci, ledit substrat de luminophore comprenant : un substrat isolant ; au moins une paire d'électrodes qui est disposée sur une surface du substrat isolant, et jointe à l'élément électroluminescent ; et une couche de luminophore qui est disposée sur une surface du substrat isolant, et comprend un luminophore ayant une longueur d'onde de pic d'émission dans la plage de lumière visible lorsqu'il est excité par la lumière émise par l'élément électroluminescent.
