The purpose of the present invention is to increase the precision with which the back pressure in the vicinity of a gas discharge section in a continuous casting stopper is ascertained and managed. A continuous casting stopper comprising a vertically-oriented cavity 2 for conveying gas in the center portion thereof is provided with one or a plurality of gas discharge holes 4 penetrating from the cavity 2 to the exterior through a tip center portion or a side surface of a reduced-diameter area, which includes a fitting portion 3 fitting to a nozzle 20 thereunder, and is further provided with a pressure control component 5 located in the portion of the cavity 2 above the gas discharge holes 4.

L’objectif de la présente invention est d’augmenter la précision avec laquelle la contrepression au voisinage d’une section d’évacuation de gaz dans un tampon de coulée continue est déterminée et contrôlée. L’invention concerne un tampon de coulée continue comprenant une cavité orientée verticalement 2 pour transporter du gaz dans la partie centrale de celle-ci, qui est pourvu d’un ou de plusieurs trous d’évacuation de gaz 4 pénétrant depuis la cavité 2 vers l’extérieur par l’intermédiaire d’une partie centrale de pointe ou d’une surface latérale d’une zone de diamètre réduit, qui comprend une partie d’ajustement 3 s’ajustant à une buse 20 au-dessous de celle-ci, et est en outre pourvu d’un composant de régulation de pression 5 situé dans la partie de la cavité 2 au-dessus des trous d’évacuation de gaz 4.

本発明は,連続鋳造用のストッパーにおいて,ガス吐出部分付近での背圧の把握ないしは管理の精度を高めることを目的とする。本発明では,上下方向中心部にガス流通のための空洞2を備える連続鋳造用のストッパーにおいて,下方のノズル20との嵌合部3を含む縮径領域の先端中央部又は側面に,空洞2から外部に貫通する一又は複数のガス吐出孔4を設けると共に,空洞2のガス吐出孔4より上方の位置の一部に圧力制御部品5を設けた。
