Abstract

Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition for refrigerant transporting piping having high barrier properties, flexibility, and good extrusion processability. The thermoplastic resin composition for refrigerant transporting piping is composed of: a matrix containing a thermoplastic resin; and a domain containing a rubber dispersed in the matrix, and is characterized in that the thermoplastic resin has a melting point of 150°C or higher, the rubber is a butyl-based rubber or an olefin-based rubber, the matrix contains a viscosity stabilizer, the thermoplastic resin composition contains a processing aid and at least one selected from the group consisting of a phenylenediamine-based anti-aging agent, a quinoline-based anti-aging agent, and a trihydric alcohol having a triazine skeleton, and at least a portion of the rubber is crosslinked.

L'invention concerne une composition de résine thermoplastique pour tuyauterie de transport de fluide frigorigène présentant d'excellentes propriétés barrière, une grande flexibilité et une bonne aptitude au traitement par extrusion. La composition de résine thermoplastique pour tuyauterie de transport de fluide frigorigène est composée : d'une matrice contenant une résine thermoplastique; et d'un domaine contenant un caoutchouc dispersé dans la matrice, et se caractérise en ce que la résine thermoplastique présente un point de fusion égal ou supérieur à 150 °C, le caoutchouc est un caoutchouc à base de butyle ou un caoutchouc à base d'oléfine, la matrice contient un stabilisateur de viscosité, la composition de résine thermoplastique contient un auxiliaire technologique et au moins une substance choisie dans le groupe constitué par un agent anti-vieillissement à base de phénylènediamine, un agent anti-vieillissement à base de quinoléine et un alcool trihydrique à squelette triazine, et au moins une partie du caoutchouc est réticulée.

バリア性が高く、柔軟であり、押出加工性が良好な冷媒輸送配管用熱可塑性樹脂組成物を提供する。熱可塑性樹脂を含むマトリックスとマトリックス中に分散したゴムを含むドメインとからなる冷媒輸送配管用熱可塑性樹脂組成物であって、熱可塑性樹脂が150℃以上の融点を有し、ゴムがブチル系ゴムまたはオレフィン系ゴムであり、マトリックスが粘度安定剤を含み、熱可塑性樹脂組成物がフェニレンジアミン系老化防止剤、キノリン系老化防止剤およびトリアジン骨格を有する3価のアルコールからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種ならびに加工助剤を含み、ゴムの少なくとも一部は架橋していることを特徴とする。
