This optical unit is provided with: a light source; a rotary reflector (22) which rotates in one direction about a rotation axis while reflecting light emitted from the light source; and a projection lens which projects the light reflected from the rotary reflector in a light-irradiation direction. The projection lens has: a first lens region (LR1) in which a first focal plane (FP1) is located; and a second lens region (LR2) in which a second focal plane (FP2) different from the first focal plane is located. The light source is provided such that a virtual image position (VP1) is located in the vicinity of the first focal plane (FP1) in the case when the rotary reflector (22) is situated at a first rotational position, and that a virtual image position (VP2) is located in the vicinity of the second focal plane (FP2) in the case when the rotary reflector (22) is situated at a second rotational position.

La présente unité optique comprend : une source de lumière ; un réflecteur rotatif (22) qui tourne dans une direction autour d'un axe de rotation tout en réfléchissant la lumière émise par la source de lumière ; et une lentille de projection qui projette la lumière réfléchie par le réflecteur rotatif dans une direction d'irradiation de lumière. La lentille de projection comporte : une première région de lentille (LR1) dans laquelle est situé un premier plan focal (FP1) ; et une seconde région de lentille (LR2) dans laquelle est situé un second plan focal (FP2) différent du premier plan focal. La source de lumière est disposée de telle sorte qu'une position d'image virtuelle (VP1) est située à proximité du premier plan focal (FP1) dans le cas où le réflecteur rotatif (22) est situé dans une première position de rotation, et qu'une position d'image virtuelle (VP2) est située à proximité du second plan focal (FP2) dans le cas où le réflecteur rotatif (22) est situé dans une seconde position de rotation.

光学ユニットは、光源と、光源から出射した光を反射しながら回転軸を中心に一方向に回転する回転リフレクタ(22)と、回転リフレクタで反射された光を光照射方向に投影する投影レンズと、を備える。投影レンズは、第1の焦点面(FP1)が定まる第1のレンズ領域(LR1)と、第1の焦点面と異なる第2の焦点面(FP2)が定まる第2のレンズ領域(LR2)と、を有する。光源は、回転リフレクタ(22)が第1の回転位置にある場合の虚像位置(VP1)が第1の焦点面(FP1)の近傍となるように、かつ、回転リフレクタ(22)が第2の回転位置にある場合の虚像位置(VP2)が第2の焦点面(FP2)の近傍となるように設けられている。
