Abstract

This non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The separator includes: a porous base material; a first filler layer which contains phosphate particles as a primary component and is arranged on one surface of the base material; and a second filler layer which is arranged on the other surface of the base material and which contains at least one type of compound selected from the group consisting of an aromatic polyamide, an aromatic polyimide and an aromatic polyamideimide. The BET specific surface area of the phosphate particles is 5-100 m2/g. The content of the aforementioned compounds in the second filler layer 32 is 15 mass% or more.

L'invention concerne une batterie secondaire à électrolyte non aqueux comprenant une électrode positive, une électrode négative et un séparateur interposé entre l'électrode positive et l'électrode négative. Le séparateur comprend : un matériau de base poreux ; une première couche de charge qui contient des particules de phosphate en tant que composant primaire et est disposée sur une surface du matériau de base ; et une seconde couche de charge qui est disposée sur l'autre surface du matériau de base et qui contient au moins un type de composé choisi dans le groupe constitué par un polyamide aromatique, un polyimide aromatique et un polyamide-imide aromatique. La surface spécifique BET des particules de phosphate se situe dans la plage comprise entre 5 à 100 m2/g. La teneur en composés susmentionnés dans la seconde couche de charge est de 15 % en masse ou plus.

非水電解質二次電池は、正極と、負極と、前記正極と前記負極の間に介在するセパレータとを備え、セパレータは、多孔質の基材と、リン酸塩粒子を主成分として含み、基材の一方の面に配置された第1フィラー層と、芳香族ポリアミド、芳香族ポリイミド、及び芳香族ポリアミドイミドからなる群から選択される1つ以上の化合物を含み、基材の他方の面に配置された第2フィラー層と、を有し、前記リン酸塩粒子のBET比表面積は、5m/g以上100m/g以下であり、第2フィラー層32中の前記化合物の含有量は、15質量%以上である。
