The present invention relates to a method for producing a chloroprene polymer latex, which is characterized in that (B) a sodium salt of a formaldehyde naphthalene sulfonate condensation product and (C) sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate are added to a monomer solution that contains (A-1) 2-chloro-1, 3-butadiene (chloroprene) or a monomer solution that contains (A-1) 2-chloro-1, 3-butadiene (chloroprene) and (A-2-1) 2, 3-dichloro-1, 3-butadiene in order to cause polymerization. Consequently, the present invention enables the production of a chloroprene polymer latex which is suppressed in aggregates that are generated during the production of a chloroprene polymer latex having a high solid content.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'un latex de polymère de chloroprène, qui est caractérisé en ce que (B) un sel de sodium d'un produit de condensation du sulfonate de naphtalène avec le formaldéhyde et (C) du dodécylbenzènesulfonate de sodium sont ajoutés à une solution de monomère qui contient (A-1) du 2-chloro-1,3-butadiène (chloroprène) ou à une solution de monomère qui contient (A-1) du 2-chloro-1, 3-butadiène (chloroprène) et (A-2-1) du 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiène afin de provoquer la polymérisation. Par conséquent, la présente invention permet la production d'un latex de polymère de chloroprène qui ne présente pas d'agrégats qui sont générés pendant la production d'un latex de polymère de chloroprène ayant une teneur élevée en matières solides.

本発明は、2-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエン(クロロプレン)(A-1)を含むモノマー溶液、または2-クロロ-1,3-ブタジエン(クロロプレン)(A-1)と2,3-ジクロロ-1,3-ブタジエン(A-2-1)を含むモノマー溶液に、ナフタレンスルホン酸ホルムアルデヒド縮合物ナトリウム塩(B)とドデシルベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム(C)を添加して重合させることを特徴とするクロロプレン重合体ラテックスの製造方法に関する。本発明によれば、固形分含有率の高いクロロプレン重合体ラテックスを製造する際に発生する凝集物が少ないクロロプレン重合体ラテックスを製造することができる。
