Une plaque de base (30) d'un palier à feuilles de poussée est pourvue d'une pluralité de parties saillantes (33) et d'une pluralité d'évidements (34) formés en alternance selon un motif de type bande dans une première direction, et une surface, à savoir, soit la surface supérieure (33a) de la pluralité de parties saillantes (33), soit la surface inférieure (34a) de la pluralité d'évidements (34), devient progressivement inférieure vers un côté dans la première direction.
