This blood pressure measurement device (1) is provided with: a collar (5) which has a cover part (5a) that fixes the device main body (3) to the back side of the wrist (200); a pressure cuff (71) which includes a first bag-like structure (81) and a first flow path (83) which fluidly connects a pump (14) and the first bag-like structure (81) and which is formed integrally with the first bag-like structure (81) by bonding two sheet members (86) that form the first bag-like structure (81), which is opposite of the collar (5); a sensing cuff (73) which includes a second bag-like structure (91) and a second flow path (92) which is arranged with one end on the wrist (200)-side of the cover unit (5a) and which is formed integrally with the second bag-like structure (91) by bonding two sheet members (96) that form the second bag-like structure (91); and a tension cuff (74) which includes a third bag-like structure (101).
