The present invention provides a temperature adjustment unit capable of efficiently adjusting the temperature of a specific object with less risk of failure of electronic components due to leakage of a temperature-adjusting medium. This temperature control unit (1), which adjusts the temperature of a specific object, comprises a temperature-adjusting medium, and a metal fiber sheet (50) that is formed with a space serving as the flow path of the temperature-adjusting medium. The latent heat of evaporation of the temperature-adjusting medium is within the range of 70-200 kJ/kg when the temperature-adjusting medium changes state from a liquid to a gas. The volume expansion rate of the temperature-adjusting medium is at most 250 fold when the temperature-adjusting medium changes state from a liquid to a gas under atmospheric pressure.

La présente invention concerne une unité de réglage de la température capable de régler efficacement la température d'un objet spécifique avec un moindre risque de défaillance de composants électroniques en raison d'une fuite d'un milieu de réglage de température.
