The present invention provides a sphygmomanometer capable of establishing a state which enables accurate measurement of blood pressure before measuring the blood pressure. A sphygmomanometer (100) is provided with a fluid circuit (LC1, LC2) and a control unit (65). The control unit (65) has a first preparation processing unit (65A), a second preparation processing unit (65B), and a measurement processing unit (65D) which operates when the sphygmomanometer (100) is being worn. The first preparation processing unit (65A) operates a compression cuff (30) to discharge remaining fluid in a sensing cuff (40) to the atmosphere through the fluid circuits. Then, the second preparation processing unit (65B) causes the sensing cuff (40) to store a predetermined amount of fluid for pressure transmission which is received through the fluid circuit (LC1, LC2) from the pump (71). Subsequently, the measurement processing unit (65D) operates the compression cuff (30) and calculates the blood pressure by the oscillometric method on the basis of the pressure of the fluid for pressure transmission stored in the sensing cuff (40).

La présente invention concerne un sphygmomanomètre capable d’établir un état qui permet une mesure exacte de la tension artérielle avant de mesurer la tension artérielle. Un sphygmomanomètre (100) est pourvu d’un circuit de liquide (LC1, LC2) et d’une unité de commande (65). L’unité de commande (65) présente une première unité de traitement de préparation (65A), une seconde unité de traitement de préparation (65B), et une unité de traitement de mesure (65D) qui fonctionne lorsque le sphygmomanomètre (100) est porté. La première unité de traitement de préparation (65A) actionne un manchon de compression (30) pour évacuer le liquide restant dans le manchon de détection (40) vers l’atmosphère à travers les circuits de liquide. Ensuite, la seconde unité de traitement de préparation (65B) amène le manchon de détection (40) à stocker une quantité prédéterminée de liquide pour la transmission de pression qui est reçue à travers le circuit de liquide (LC1, LC2) depuis la pompe (71).
