The present invention addresses the problem of providing: an injection molding die which is fabricated from an aluminum alloy and which has a coating having excellent strength against impacts or sliding during molding and excellent durability to a molding resin; a method for manufacturing the injection molding die; and a method for manufacturing a resin molding using the injection molding die. This injection molding die is a die for molding a resin molding by injection of a molten resin into a cavity of the die and transfer of the shape of the cavity to the resin, and is characterized in that the cavity is formed between a fixed-die member and a movable-die member, or between a fixed-die member and a slide core constituted from a movable-die member and a sliding part, at least any of the fixed-die member, the movable-die member, and the slide core being formed from an aluminum alloy, and at least any surface of the aluminum alloy having a coating formed from a phosphoric-acid-based-, sulfur-based-, or chlorine-based compound of aluminum.

La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture : d'une matrice de moulage par injection qui est fabriquée à partir d'un alliage d'aluminium et qui possède un revêtement présentant une excellente résistance aux chocs ou au glissement pendant le moulage, et une excellente durabilité à une résine de moulage ; d'un procédé de fabrication de la matrice de moulage par injection ; et d'un procédé de fabrication d'un moulage de résine à l’aide de la matrice de moulage par injection. Cette matrice de moulage par injection est une matrice de moulage d'une résine par injection d'une résine fondue dans une cavité de la matrice et transfert de la forme de la cavité à la résine, et est caractérisée en ce que la cavité est formée entre un élément de matrice fixe et un élément de matrice mobile, ou entre un élément de matrice fixe et un noyau coulissant constitué d'un élément de matrice mobile et d'une partie coulissante, au moins l'un quelconque des éléments parmi l'élément de matrice fixe, de l'élément de matrice mobile et le noyau coulissant étant formé d'un alliage d'aluminium, et au moins une surface quelconque de l'alliage d'aluminium ayant un revêtement formé d'un composé d'aluminium à base d'acide phosphorique, de soufre ou de chlore.

本発明の課題は、アルミニウム合金により作製され、成形時の衝撃や摺動に対する強度に優れ、成形樹脂に対する耐久性に優れた被膜を有する射出成形用金型とその製造方法、及び当該射出成形用金型を用いた樹脂成形品の製造方法を提供することである。 本発明の射出成形用金型は、溶融樹脂を金型のキャビティー内に射出して、キャビティーの形状を樹脂に転写して樹脂成形品を成形する金型で、前記キャビティーが、固定型部材と可動型部材との間、又は固定型部材と可動型部材及び摺動部を構成するスライドコアとの間に構成され、固定型部材、可動型部材及びスライドコアの少なくともいずれかアルミニウム合金により形成されており、前記アルミニウム合金の表面の少なくともいずれかが、アルミニウムのリン酸系化合物、硫黄系化合物、又は塩素系化合物より形成された被膜を有することを特徴とする。
