Abstract

This cellulose-raw-material-containing resin sheet, which includes fine paper powder and is provided as a sheet that is suitable for a molding step, includes 50-60 parts by mass of fine paper powder having an average grain diameter of 20-100 μm, 18-30 parts by mass of a first polypropylene having a melt flow rate (at a temperature of 230°C and a load of 2.16 kg) of 1-3, 5-26 parts by mass of a second polypropylene having a melt flow rate of 6-11, and 1-16 parts by mass of an elastomer having a melt flow rate of 6-10, the cellulose-raw-material-containing resin sheet being such that: the fine paper powder, the first polypropylene, the second polypropylene, and the elastomer are mixed so that the total amount thereof is 100 parts by mass; a first polyolefin resin and a second polyolefin resin have a bending elastic modulus of 700 MPa or higher as measured in conformance with ASTM D790; and the elastomer has a bending elastic modulus of 200 MPa or less.

La présente invention concerne une feuille de résine contenant une matière première de cellulose qui comprend une fine poudre de papier et est fournie sous la forme d'une feuille qui est appropriée pour une étape de moulage, comprend de 50 à 60 parties en masse d'une fine poudre de papier présentant un diamètre de grain moyen de 20 à 100 µm, de 18 à 30 parties en masse d'un premier polypropylène présentant un indice de fluidité (à une température de 230 °C et une charge de 2,16 kg) de 1 à 3, de 5 à 26 parties en masse d'un second polypropylène présentant un indice de fluidité de 6 à 11 et de 1 à 16 parties en masse d'un élastomère présentant un indice de fluidité de 6 à 10, la feuille de résine contenant une matière première de cellulose étant telle que : la fine poudre de papier, le premier polypropylène, le second polypropylène et l'élastomère sont mélangés de sorte que la quantité totale de celle-ci est de 100 parties en masse ; une première résine de polyoléfine et une seconde résine de polyoléfine présentent un module d'élasticité de flexion de 700 MPa ou plus tel que mesuré conformément à ASTM D790 ; et l'élastomère présente un module d'élasticité de flexion de 200 MPa ou moins.

微細紙粉を含んだ成型加工に適したシートとして提供されるセルロース系原料含有樹脂シートは、平均粒径が20~100μmの微細紙粉を50~60質量部と、メルトフローレート(温度230℃、荷重2.16kg)が1~3の第1ポリプロピレンを18~30質量部と、メルトフローレートが6~11の第2ポリプロピレンを5~26質量部と、メルトフローレートが6~10のエラストマーを1~16質量部とを含み、前記微細紙粉と、前記第1ポリプロピレンと、前記第2ポリプロピレンと、前記エラストマーの合計が100質量部になるように混合され、第1ポリオレフィン系樹脂および第2ポリオレフィン系樹脂はASTM D790に準拠して測定された曲げ弾性率が700MPa以上であり、エラストマーは前記曲げ弾性率が200MPa以下である。
