Provided is a fluid control device which realizes a reduction in production costs through simplification of design, manufacturing, and management processes of a flow restrictor and which is capable of providing desired controllability. This fluid control device is provided with a flow restrictor 10 that is for controlling an intratubular fluid and that is hermetically disposed, within a casing 2 fitted on the outside of a fluid tube 1 to seal the same, at a location where a part of the fluid tube 1 is severed in a state in which flow is not interrupted, wherein the flow restrictor 10 is composed of: an on-off valve 11 that comprises a valve seat body 12 having an opening 12a, and a valve element 13 provided to the valve seat body 12 so as to be capable of opening/closing the opening 12a; and a partitioning body 15 that is provided with a seal material 19 for sealing gaps between the partitioning body 15 and the interior surface of the casing 2, and that comprises a wall part 16 which has a through-hole 16a connected to the opening 12a and which is hermetically attached to the valve seat body 12, and a lid part 17 which is provided contiguously to the wall part 16 so as to cover an opening side of the casing 2.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de contrôle de fluide, lequel dispositif réalise une réduction des coûts de production par la simplification de procédés de conception, de fabrication et de gestion d'un élément de restriction d'écoulement, et lequel est apte à produire une aptitude à la commande souhaitée. Ce dispositif de contrôle de fluide comporte un élément de restriction d'écoulement (10) qui est destiné à commander un fluide intratubulaire et qui est disposé de façon hermétique, à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe (2) adaptée sur l'extérieur d'un tube de fluide (1) pour sceller celui-ci, en un emplacement où une partie du tube de fluide (1) est coupée dans un état dans lequel l'écoulement n'est pas interrompu, l'élément de restriction d'écoulement (10) étant constitué par : une vanne d'ouverture-fermeture (11) qui comprend un corps de siège de vanne (12) ayant une ouverture (12a), et un élément de vanne (13) disposé sur le corps de siège de vanne (12) de façon à pouvoir ouvrir/fermer l'ouverture (12a) ; et un corps de séparation (15) qui comporte un matériau d'étanchéité (19) pour sceller de façon hermétique des espaces entre le corps de séparation (15) et la surface intérieure de l'enveloppe (2), et qui comprend une partie de paroi (16) qui a un trou traversant (16a) relié à l'ouverture (12a) et qui est attaché de façon hermétique au corps de siège de vanne (12), et une partie de couvercle (17) qui est disposée de manière contiguë à la partie de paroi (16) de façon à recouvrir un côté d'ouverture du boîtier (2).
