[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a catalyst with which it is possible to efficiently purify HC, CO, and NOx included in exhaust gas; a method for producing the same; and an exhaust gas purification method using the same. [Solution] A catalyst for exhaust gas purification which has at least two layers comprising a lower catalyst layer and an upper catalyst layer on a fire resistant three-dimensional structure, wherein the lower catalyst layer and the upper catalyst layer each independently include precious metal, alumina, and a cerium-zirconium composite oxide, and at least a portion of the upper catalyst layer includes a pore connecting substance that has a combustion decomposition temperature of 150 to 400°C, a precious metal precursor, alumina, and cerium-zirconium composite oxide, said catalyst for exhaust gas purification being formed by a production method that includes the steps of applying, on the lower catalyst layer, an upper catalyst layer forming slurry which has a content rate of the pore connecting substance of less than 20 mass% relative to the total solids when heated at 1000°C, and then retaining the same in an oxygen-containing gas at a temperature over -150°C and less than or equal to +50°C relative to the combustion decomposition temperature.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir : un catalyseur grâce auquel il est possible de purifier de manière efficace les gaz d'échappement des HC, CO et NOx qu'ils contiennent ; un procédé de production de celui-ci ; et un procédé de purification de gaz d'échappement l'utilisant. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un catalyseur destiné à la purification de gaz d'échappement ayant au moins deux couches comprenant une couche de catalyseur inférieure et une couche de catalyseur supérieure sur une structure tridimensionnelle résistante au feu, la couche de catalyseur inférieure et la couche de catalyseur supérieure comprenant chacune indépendamment un métal précieux, de l'alumine, et un oxyde composite de cérium-zirconium, et au moins une partie de la couche de catalyseur supérieure comprend une substance de liaison de pores qui a une température de décomposition par combustion de 150 à 400 °C, un précurseur de métal précieux, de l'alumine, et un oxyde composite de cérium-zirconium, ledit catalyseur de purification de gaz d'échappement étant formé par un procédé de production comprenant les étapes consistant à appliquer, sur la couche de catalyseur inférieure, une suspension de formation de couche de catalyseur supérieure qui a une teneur de substance de liaison de pores inférieure à 20 % en masse par rapport aux total des solides chauffés à 1000 °C, puis la retenir dans un gaz contenant de l'oxygène à une température supérieure à -150 °C et inférieure ou égale à +50 °C par rapport à la température de décomposition par combustion.

【課題】排気ガス中に含まれるHC、CO及びNOxを効率よく浄化できる触媒、その製造方法及びそれを用いた排気ガス浄化方法を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】耐火性三次元構造体上に、下触媒層及び上触媒層の少なくとも2層を有する排気ガス浄化用触媒であって、下触媒層及び上触媒層は、それぞれ独立して、貴金属、アルミナ及びセリウム-ジルコニウム複合酸化物を含み、上触媒層の少なくとも一部は、燃焼分解温度が150℃以上400℃以下である空孔連結物質、貴金属前駆体、アルミナ及びセリウム-ジルコニウム複合酸化物を含み、空孔連結物質の含有割合が1000℃で加熱した際の全固形分対して20質量%未満である上触媒層形成用スラリーを、下触媒層の上に塗布した後、燃焼分解温度に対して-150℃を超えて+50℃以下の温度で酸素含有ガス中で保持することを有する製造方法により形成されてなる、排気ガス浄化用触媒。
