The present invention pertains to a composite semipermeable membrane comprising a substrate, a porous support layer and a separating functional layer, wherein: the separating functional layer contains a first layer having cross-linked aromatic polyamide and a coating layer having fluorine-containing aliphatic polyamide; the ratio of the number of fluorine atoms to the total number of atoms of all elements is 0.5-8% as measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy from the coating layer of the composite semipermeable membrane; and the ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms to the number of oxygen atoms is 0.8-1.3 as measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.

L'invention concerne une membrane composite semi-perméable qui est équipée d'un substrat, d'une couche de support poreuse et d'une couche fonctionnelle séparatrice. Ladite couche fonctionnelle séparatrice comprend une première couche possédant un polyamide aromatique réticulé, et une couche de revêtement possédant un polyamide aliphatique ayant des atomes de fluor. La proportion de nombre d'atomes de fluor pour le nombre d'atomes total de l'ensemble des éléments chimiques, mesurée selon une spectroscopie de photoélectrons X depuis ladite couche de revêtement de ladite membrane composite semi-perméable, est supérieure ou égale à 0,5% et inférieure ou égale à 8%. Le rapport du nombre d'atomes d'azote pour le nombre d'atomes d'oxygène, mesuré selon ladite spectroscopie de photoélectrons X, est supérieur ou égal à 0,8 et inférieur ou égal à 1,3.
