An assembly is provided with a manifold (200) and a glass part (300). The glass part (300) includes: an interface region (300a) within 5 μm in depth from the surface (200S) of the manifold (200); and an internal region (300b) over 5 μm in depth from the surface (200S) of the manifold (200). In a cross-sectional view, the interface region (300a) and the internal region (300b) each include rod-shaped crystal grains having an aspect ratio of at least 3. The average orientation angle of the rod-shaped crystal grains included in the interface region (300a) is 60-120 degrees. The standard deviation of orientation angles of the rod-shaped crystal grains included in the internal region (300b) is greater than the standard deviation of orientation angles of the rod-shaped crystal grains included in the interface region (300a).

La présente invention concerne un ensemble pourvu d'un collecteur (200) et d'une partie en verre (300). La partie en verre (300) comprend : une région d'interface (300a) à l'intérieur de 5 µm en profondeur à partir de la surface (200S) du collecteur (200) ; et une région interne (300b) sur 5 µm de profondeur à partir de la surface (200S) du collecteur (200).
