This FRP continuous molding apparatus 10 continuously molds an FRP from a multilayer sheet which is obtained by laminating a plurality of prepreg sheets that contain a thermoplastic resin and reinforcing fibers, while having fiber orientations different from each other. This FRP continuous molding apparatus 10 is provided with: a plurality of sheet supply devices 3a, 3b, 3c which continuously supply a plurality of multilayer sheets 1a, 1b, 1c respectively in the feed direction; a lamination device which superposes the plurality of multilayer sheets supplied from the plurality of sheet supply devices upon each other, thereby forming a sheet laminate 14; and a shaping mechanism 7 which molds the sheet laminate into an FRP 2 having a desired cross-sectional shape, while conveying the sheet laminate in the feed direction. The sheet laminate contains reinforcing fibers, the fiber orientation of which is consistent with the feed direction.

La présente invention concerne un appareil de moulage FRP continu (10) qui moule de manière continue un FRP à partir d’une feuille multicouche qui est obtenue par la stratification d’une pluralité de feuilles préimprégnées qui contiennent une résine thermoplastique et des fibres de renfort, tout en ayant des orientations de fibre différentes l’une de l’autre. Cet appareil de moulage FRP continu (10) est pourvu : d’une pluralité de dispositifs de fourniture de feuille (3a, 3b, 3c) qui fournissent de manière continue une pluralité de feuilles multicouches (1a, 1b, 1c) respectivement dans le sens d’alimentation ; d'un dispositif de stratification qui superpose la pluralité des feuilles multicouches alimentées depuis la pluralité des dispositifs de fourniture de feuille l’une sur l’autre, formant ainsi un stratifié en feuille (14) ; et d'un mécanisme de mise en forme (7) qui moule le stratifié en feuille en un FRP (2) ayant une forme transversale souhaitée, tout en transportant le stratifié en feuille dans le sens d'alimentation. Le stratifié en feuille contient des fibres de renfort, dont l’orientation des fibres est cohérente avec le sens d’alimentation.

FRP連続成形装置10は、熱可塑性樹脂と強化繊維を含み繊維配向が互いに異なる複数のプリプレグシートを積層した積層シートからFRPを連続的に成形する。FRP連続成形装置10は、複数の積層シート1a,1b,1cをそれぞれ連続的に送り方向に供給する複数のシート供給装置3a,3b,3cと、複数のシート供給装置から供給される複数の積層シートを重ね合わせてシート積層体14にする積層装置と、シート積層体を送り方向に搬送しながらシート積層体を断面が目標形状のFRP2に成形する形状付与機構7とを備える。シート積層体は、繊維配向が送り方向となっている強化繊維を含む。
