This electron gun is provided with a cathode having an electron emission portion, an extraction electrode which extracts electrons emitted from the electron emission portion, and a convergence electrode which converges the electrons extracted by the extraction electrode. The convergence electrode includes an outer electrode having a tubular shape, and an inner electrode disposed inside the outer electrode, the inner electrode defines a columnar first space, and has a first surface on the cathode side and a second surface opposite to the first surface, and the inner surface of the outer electrode and the second surface of the inner electrode define a second space. The inner electrode has an electron passage hole through which electrons pass, and a communication portion that communicates the first space and the second space.

La présente invention porte sur un canon à électrons qui est pourvu d'une cathode présentant une partie émettrice d'électrons, d'une électrode d'extraction qui extrait des électrons émis par la partie émettrice d'électrons, et d'une électrode de convergence qui fait converger les électrons extraits par l'électrode d'extraction. L'électrode de convergence comprend une électrode externe présentant une forme tubulaire, et une électrode interne disposée dans l'électrode externe, l'électrode interne délimite un premier espace en colonne, et présente une première surface sur le côté cathode et une seconde surface opposée à la première surface, et la surface interne de l'électrode externe et la seconde surface de l'électrode interne délimitent un second espace. L'électrode interne comporte un trou de passage d'électrons à travers lequel des électrons passent, et une partie de communication qui fait communiquer le premier espace et le second espace.
