This intracardiac defibrillation catheter system is provided with: a defibrillation catheter (100), a power supply device (700), and an electrocardiograph (800), wherein an operation processing unit of the power supply device successively senses events estimated as an R wave from an electrocardiogram input from the electrocardiograph via an input connector of the electrocardiograph, calculates a heart rate at every sensing time, and controls a DC power supplying unit through calculation so that a DC voltage is applied in synchronization with an event (Vn+m) only when the event (Vn+m) is sensed after the elapse of a refractory period of a length corresponding to 50% of the reciprocal of the heart rate (An) at the sensing time of an event (Vn), when the event (Vn+m) is sensed, after an application execution switch is input after the event (Vn) is sensed. According to the defibrillation catheter system, defibrillation to be executed in synchronization with a T wave can be reliably avoided without being influenced by the level of the heart rate of a patient.

Ce système de cathéter de défibrillation intracardiaque comprend : un cathéter de défibrillation (100), un dispositif d'alimentation électrique (700) et un électrocardiographe (800), une unité de traitement d'opération du dispositif d'alimentation électrique, détectant successivement des événements estimés sous la forme d'une onde R à partir d'une entrée d'électrocardiogramme provenant de l'électrocardiographe par l'intermédiaire d'un connecteur d'entrée de l'électrocardiographe, calcule une fréquence cardiaque à chaque instant de détection et commande par calcul une unité d'alimentation en courant continu afin qu'une tension continue soit appliquée en synchronisation avec un événement (Vn + m) uniquement lorsque l'événement (Vn + m) est détecté après l'écoulement d'une période réfractaire d'une longueur correspondant à 50 % de la réciproque de la fréquence cardiaque (An) au moment de détection d'un événement (Vn), lorsque l'événement (Vn + m) est détecté après l'entrée d'un commutateur d'exécution d'application suite à la détection de l'événement (Vn). Selon le système de cathéter de défibrillation, une défibrillation devant être exécutée en synchronisation avec une onde T peut être évitée de manière fiable sans être influencée par le taux de la fréquence cardiaque d'un patient.

除細動カテーテル(100)と、電源装置(700)と、心電計(800)とを備え、電源装置の演算処理部は、心電図入力コネクタを経由して心電計から入力された心電図からR波と推定されるイベントを逐次センシングし、センシングするごとに心拍数を算出し、イベント(Vn )をセンシングした後であって印加実行スイッチが入力された後に、イベント(Vn+m )をセンシングしたときには、イベント(Vn )のセンシング時点における心拍数(An )の逆数の50%に相当する長さの不応期間の経過後にイベント(Vn+m )がセンシングされている場合に限り、当該イベント(Vn+m )に同期して直流電圧が印加されるように演算処理してDC電源部を制御する心腔内除細動カテーテルシステムである。この除細動カテーテルシステムによれば、患者の心拍数の高低に影響を受けることなく、T波に同期して除細動が行われることを確実に回避できる。
