Abstract

The invention of the present application addresses the problem of providing: a bronze alloy for casting use, which has a lead-free composition and is imparted with high seize resistance and adhesive wear resistance enough to withstand fluctuating high-speed/high-surface-pressure sliding; and a sliding member. The bronze alloy for casting use according to the invention of the present application is characterized by containing 8 to 15% by mass of Sn, 0.5 to 5.0% by mass of Bi, 0.5 to 5.0% by mass of Ni, 0.08 to 1.2% by mass of S and 1.5 to 6.0% by mass of Fe, with the remainder made up by Cu and unavoidable impurities, and also characterized by having, in the metal structure thereof, such a microlaminate structure that a flake-like copper-tin-based intermetallic compound is precipitated in α-copper, wherein such an eutectoid structure that Bi-containing metal micrograins are precipitated in a dispersed state is developed in the metal structure.

La présente invention concerne un alliage de bronze destiné à être utilisé pour la coulée, qui a une composition sans plomb et présente une résistance au grippage élevée et une résistance à l'usure d'adhérence suffisante pour résister à un glissement à haute vitesse/haute pression de surface variable; et un élément coulissant. L'alliage de bronze pour la coulée selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient 8 à 15 % en masse de Sn, 0,5 à 5,0 % en masse de Bi, 0,5 à 5,0 % en masse de Ni, 0,08 à 1,2 % en masse de S et 1,5 à 6,0 % en masse de Fe, le reste étant constitué de Cu et d'impuretés inévitables, et est également caractérisé en ce qu'il présente, dans sa structure métallique, une structure de microstratifié telle qu'un composé intermétallique à base de cuivre-étain de type flocon est précipité en alpha-cuivre, une structure eutectoïde telle que des micrograins métalliques contenant du Bi sont précipités dans un état dispersé étant développée dans la structure métallique.

本願発明は、鉛フリー組成でありながら、変動する高速・高面圧摺動に耐える高い耐焼き付け性や耐凝着摩耗性を付与した鋳造用青銅合金及び摺動部材を提供することを目的とする。本願発明の鋳造用青銅合金は、Snが8-15質量%、Biが0.5-5.0質量%、Niが0.5-5.0質量%、Sが0.08-1.2質量%、Feが1.5-6.0質量%で含有し、残部がCu及び不可避的不純物よりなり、金属組織中に、α銅中に片状の銅スズ系金属間化合物が析出した微細積層構造を有するとともにBiを含む金属微粒子が分散析出した共析組織が発現していることを特徴とする。
