This state estimation device comprises: a current information acquisition unit that acquires information relating to the current in the power supply unit of a refrigeration and freezing facility; a current information holding unit that holds information relating to the current in the refrigeration and freezing facility as acquired in a state in which the filter of the refrigeration and freezing facility is clean, and information relating to the current in the refrigeration and freezing facility as acquired one or more times at a predetermined time interval before state estimation; an evaluation unit that, on the basis of the current information acquired when performing the state estimation and the current information held in the current information holding unit, derives the degree of change in the current information acquired when performing the state estimation and also derives the degree of change relating to at least one pair of the current information held in the current information holding unit; a filter cleaning execution determination unit that, on the basis of the degree of change relating to the at least one pair of the current information held in the current information holding unit and the degree of change in the current information acquired when performing the state estimation, determines whether or not filter cleaning of the refrigeration and freezing facility has been performed; and an output unit that outputs the determination result.

本発明は、冷蔵・冷凍設備等の改変・改造や環境情報を取得するためのセンサ等の導入等を不要とし、冷凍ショーケースを既に導入している顧客店舗等においてフィルタ清掃が実施されたことの監視を簡易化する。状態推定装置は、冷蔵・冷凍設備の電源供給部での電流情報を取得する電流情報取得部と、前記冷蔵・冷凍設備のフィルタが清浄な状態で取得された前記冷蔵・冷凍設備の電流情報と、状態推定実施前に、所定の時間間隔で1又は複数回取得された前記冷蔵・冷凍設備の電流情報を保持する電流情報保持部と、状態推定実施時点で取得した前記電流情報と、前記電流情報保持部に保持されている前記電流情報に基づき、前記状態推定実施時点で取得した前記電流情報の変化度合いを導出し、さらに前記電流情報保持部に保持されている前記電流情報のうち少なくとも1対の前記電流情報に関する変化度合いを導出する評価部と、前記電流情報保持部に保持されている前記電流情報のうち少なくとも1対の前記電流情報に関する変化度合いと、前記状態推定実施時点で取得した前記電流情報の変化度合いに基づき、前記冷蔵・冷凍設備のフィルタ清掃が実施されたか否かの判定を行うフィルタ清掃実施判定部と、前記判定結果を出力する出力部を備える。
