Abstract

Disclosed herein is a system and a method for improving the energy management of HVAC equipment. The system comprising: a plurality of sensors (112) distributed in a building for sensing a set of parameters including environmental information, thermal zone information, energy consumption information, operational parameter information and field information from the building; a network (138) for connecting the plurality of sensors (112); a server (120A, 120B, 116) includes a hybrid platform (122) with physics based simulation model (122A) and machine learning model (122B) for processing and controlling the parameters of the HVAC equipment as shown in Fig 1.

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant d'améliorer la gestion de l'énergie d'un équipement CVC. Le système comprend : une pluralité de capteurs (112) répartis dans un bâtiment et permettant de détecter un ensemble de paramètres, notamment des informations environnementales, des informations de zone thermique, des informations de consommation d'énergie, des informations de paramètre opérationnel et des informations de terrain provenant du bâtiment; un réseau (138) permettant de connecter la pluralité de capteurs (112); un serveur (120A, 120B, 116) comprenant une plateforme hybride (122) comportant un modèle de simulation basé sur la physique (122A) et un modèle d'apprentissage machine (122B) permettant de traiter et commander les paramètres de l'équipement CVC comme illustré sur la figure 1.
