Overvoltage protection device for a variable-speed and constant-frequency electrical energy generation system comprising at least one DC current generator (11) connected, via a DC current bus (12, 121,122), to the input terminals of at least one inverter (14) and to at least one regulation module (4, 5, 41, 42) for regulating the output voltage of the at least one inverter, characterized in that it comprises a circuit (16) comprising at least one switch in series with a resistor, the circuit being connected between the input terminals of the at least one inverter, at least one measurement sensor for measuring the DC voltage across the input terminals of the at least one inverter, a control circuit connected to the at least one measurement sensor and able to receive a voltage measured by the at least one measurement sensor, compare the measured voltage against a threshold and command the closure of the at least one switch if the measured voltage is greater than the threshold, and command opening thereof if not.

Dispositif de protection contre les surtensions d'un système de génération d'énergie électrique à vitesse variable et fréquence constante comportant au moins un générateur à courant continu (11) relié par un bus à courant continu (12, 121,122) aux bornes d'entrée d'au moins un onduleur (14) et au moins un module de régulation (4, 5, 41, 42) de la tension en sortie de l'au moins un onduleur, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un circuit (16) comportant au moins un interrupteur en série avec une résistance, le circuit étant relié entre les bornes d'entrée de l'au moins un onduleur, au moins un capteur de mesure de la tension continue aux bornes d'entrée de l'au moins un onduleur, Un circuit de commande relié à l'au moins un capteur de mesure et apte à recevoir une tension mesurée par l'au moins un capteur de mesure, comparer la tension mesurée à un seuil et commander la fermeture de l'au moins un interrupteur si la tension mesurée est supérieure au seuil et son ouverture sinon.
