Abstract

The invention relates to a device for converting liquid ethanol into gas with a high calorific power by forced catalysis. It comprises a conductive core (1) onto which is wound a conductive tube (2) with a small diameter and long length, with an input (5) and an output (6). On one of the faces of the conductive core (1), a heating cartridge (3) is placed in a cavity and a regulating probe (4) is placed in another cavity. According to the invention, by heating the conductive core (1) and the conductive tube (2) by means of the heating cartridge (3) regulated by the probe (4) up to 350°C to 400°C, it is sufficient to inject liquid ethanol into the input (5) starting from a pressure of 0.2 bar; the ethanol, which takes time to pass through the conductive tube (2), is catalysed and transforms into highly flammable gas at the outlet (6). The calorific power of the ethanol is tripled.

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour modifier l'éthanol liquide en gaz à haut pouvoir calorifique par catalyse forcée. Il comporte un noyau conducteur (1) ou il est enroulé dessus un tube conducteur (2) de petit diamètre et d'une grande longueur avec une entrée (5) et une sortie (6). Sur l'une des faces du noyau conducteur (1) dans une cavité est placée une cartouche chauffante (3) et dans une autre cavité une sonde de régulation (4). Conformément à l'invention, en chauffant le noyau conducteur (1) et le tube conducteur (2) par l'entremise de la cartouche chauffante (3) régulé par la sonde (4) jusqu'à 350°C à 400°C, il suffit d'injecter de l'éthanol liquide dans l'entrée (5) à partir d'une pression de 0,2 bar, l'éthanol mettant du temps pour traverser le tube conducteur (2), se catalyse et se transforme en gaz hautement inflammable à la sortie (6). Le pouvoir calorifique de l'éthanol est multiplié par trois.
